13 New Novices for the Dominican Province of St. Joseph

The Dominican Province of St Joseph is experiencing a large vocation boom with 13 new novices entering the Province. The Dominican Province of St Joseph does a variety of work, mainly college chaplain ministry, work in universities and colleges (Providence College), and of course inerrant preaching. Let us thank God for the growth of this Province and for sending shepherds who we so greatly need. Please keep these men in your prayers.

The Province also runs the Dominican House of Studies.

They have also been working to train some priests to celebrate the traditional Dominican Rite.

Let' hope they can start to catch up to the Western Province, where it is celebrated weekly in two churches, monthly in another, every other week at the Dominican School in Berkeley, and occasionally in other places.
